  • Disaster Recovery experience – Quake of 1989 San Francisco & Chicago Flood in 1992
  • 2000 – Learned AutoCAD (computer aided design)
  • 2002 – became an independent contractor
  • 2004 – started consulting business – L K Stumm Consulting
  • 2009 – Leadership Training – BNI (Business Networking International)
